Seoul, South Korea – The Korea Youth Summit 2025, organized by Youth Break the Boundaries (YBB), successfully concluded after bringing together youth delegates from 15 countries to collaborate, connect, and exchange ideas on global development. One of the standout speakers was Youngjo Choi, a renowned advocate for international education, cultural diplomacy, and youth empowerment.

Youngjo Choi currently serves as the CEO of Study Korea News Inc. and President of Sejong International Center, two organizations dedicated to supporting foreign communities and empowering global youth in South Korea.

A Lifelong Commitment to International Engagement

From 2004 to 2018, Choi held the position of Managing Director at the International Exchange Center, including leadership at the Daejeon International Center under the city’s public contract. Since 2019, he has led the Sejong International Center, a non-profit organization that actively assists international students and expats in integrating with Korean society.

Impactful Programs Across Borders

Over the years, Choi has led numerous influential programs, such as:

• Youth exchange programs with Korea’s sister cities
• Cross-cultural performances featuring Korean and international artists
• Delegation support for business and sports groups abroad
• Volunteer missions to developing countries

He has also organized activities that directly support foreign residents, including:

• Korean language contests
• Multicultural festivals
• Korean food and craft workshops
• Job fairs for international students—including one designed specifically for Vietnamese students, set for early 2025

Bridging Youth and Opportunity Through Media

As the CEO of Study Korea News Inc., Choi offers critical information on government policies and opportunities for international students. His media platform also highlights the activities of foreigner groups, student associations, and collaborative intercultural events.

He further supports youth through Career Development Programs, helping students navigate job opportunities while building meaningful cultural connections.
